What Can I Hire?
You can hire the Hall and the Small Meeting Room/Function Room separately, or you can hire the whole of the Hall. Charges are lower for residents of Cumnor Parish than for people hiring from outside the Parish.
If you make a booking you will receive a copy of our conditions of hire. Special conditions apply to some events, such as one day sales.
The Village Hall does not have a premises licence for the sale of alcohol. If your event involves the sale of alcohol you will have to apply for a Temporary Event Notice from the Vale of White Horse District Council.
A £100 deposit is required from all hirers of the main hall. Projector hire is available for £10/hr in addition to the charges below
